This Privacy Policy explains how PowerScale collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the app, website, and related services.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as email address, username, authentication identifiers, and login status
- Profile information, such as avatar, badges, reputation, fan status, and settings
- App activity, such as votes, battle participation, comments, replies, likes, dislikes, reports, feedback, and moderation signals
- User-generated content, such as battle titles, comments, uploaded images, sponsored character avatar/banner images, profile content, reports, and support messages
- Purchase and entitlement information from app stores, RevenueCat, payment/service providers, and related subscription or in-app purchase systems, where applicable
- Advertising, analytics, crash, device, and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, measure, and improve the app
How We Use Information
- To create, authenticate, and manage accounts
- To provide voting, comments, battle creation, Hall of Fame, badges, reputation, and profile features
- To show, measure, and improve ads, supporter features, subscriptions, sponsored image slots, and other paid features, where enabled
- To respond to support, legal, safety, privacy, and moderation requests
- To detect spam, cheating, abuse, unsafe behavior, rights violations, fraud, and security issues
- To maintain backups, logs, audit records, and service reliability
- To comply with law, app store policies, legal process, and enforceable requests
User-Generated Content
Content you submit may be visible to other users, including comments, uploaded images, sponsored character avatar/banner images, profile details, battles, votes, public rankings, and badges. Do not submit private, sensitive, confidential, or unlawful content.
Sponsored image slots are public user-generated content. We may store, display, resize, convert, optimize, replace, remove, or moderate these images to operate the feature, enforce safety rules, handle reports, and keep the app working properly.
Purchases and Entitlements
PowerScale may offer supporter subscriptions, sponsored character avatar upgrades, sponsored banner upgrades, and other in-app purchases. App stores and purchase providers may process payment identifiers, product identifiers, transaction status, entitlement status, renewal status, cancellation status, and similar purchase records. We use this information to unlock paid features, restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with app store rules and legal obligations.
Service Providers and Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate PowerScale, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, payment, email, moderation, and support providers. We may also disclose information when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, rights protection, or to enforce our Terms.
Ads, Analytics, and Tracking
PowerScale may use advertising and analytics tools. Depending on your device, region, and consent settings, these tools may process identifiers, device information, app activity, approximate location, or diagnostics. You can use device settings and in-app options, where available, to limit ad tracking or personalized ads.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the app, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce our rules, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect users and the service. Some information may remain in backups, logs, audit records, moderation records, or aggregated/non-identifying form after account deletion.
Your Choices
You may update certain account and profile information in the app. You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by contacting weJUDGEapp@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted for security, legal, fraud prevention, moderation, or legitimate operational reasons.
To delete your PowerScale account, open PowerScale and go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or follow the instructions on our Account Deletion support page.
Children
PowerScale is not intended for children under 13. Users must meet the minimum age required by their country, app store rules, and applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and reporting unauthorized access.
International Use
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. By using PowerScale, you understand that data may be transferred and processed outside your location.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of PowerScale after changes are posted means the updated policy applies.
