Account Deletion
Delete Your PowerScale Account
PowerScale allows users to create an account. You can delete your PowerScale account directly in the app or request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
- Open PowerScale.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email weJUDGEapp@gmail.com with the subject "PowerScale Account Deletion Request" and include the email address or username connected to your PowerScale account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting the account.
What deletion covers
Account deletion removes or disconnects your PowerScale account profile and personal account identifiers from active use. Public activity such as votes, battle participation, comments, reports, moderation records, logs, backups, or legal/security records may be retained, anonymized, or preserved where reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, app integrity, or legitimate operational purposes.

What to Include
- Your username or account email, if relevant
- Your device model and app version
- A clear description of the issue
- Links, screenshots, or battle/profile names when available
- For legal or rights notices, identify the content and your relationship to the rights owner
Moderation and Safety
PowerScale includes user-generated content. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve information where needed for safety, abuse prevention, rights protection, or legal compliance.
